Idea & Token
By 2020, the gaming industry is going to reach astronomic $140+ billion, and the Asian market is about a half of that sum. Bountie is a new eSports-related project based in Singapore and it starts its way from the Asian market. Bounie is creating a blockchain gaming platform where gamers can both play the games they love and earn tokens. Every gamer will have one open universal profile written on the blockchain. Bountie’s proprietary matchmaking algorithm will rank and match gamers up with one another in accordance with their skills and history stored in the profiles. Organisers and gamers will be able to create and join several types of tournaments on the platform — Sponsored, Pro (buy-in fee required), or Free-to-Play. The tournaments will be devided by tiers — for pros, semi-pros, and casual gamers. Bountie will also use an AI engine that will analize gamers’ profiles and send customized recommendations of online tounaments for the gamers.
Bountie’s ERC-20 token called BNTE will be:
– paid to gamers when they win a game a tournament and will be paid immediately
– paid to top-10 gamers on the platform
– used for tournaments buy-ins
– used for promotional and marketing giveaways
– used for rewards for referrals and for doing Bountie daily quests
A total supply is 200 million tokens. The token distribution is as follows: 65% – crowdsale, 15% – advisors, 10% – operations, 10% – team. The unsold tokens (if any) will be burned.
The team consists of 21 specialists, including the core team of 8 managers. The team brings decades of experience in business development, marketing, investments, finance, operations, HR, video production, content creation, banking, and gaming. CEO Lex Na has 10 years of experience in tech industry, co-founded a boutique Digital Agency and two e-commerce businesses, previously ranked Top 10 in Warcraft 3 Ladder Games, a professional in incorporating business strategies with blockchain-use cases. Seven advisors include top-ranked ICObench experts, people from IT industry, as well as professionals in spheres of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and investments.
Gaming industry is a huge and highly perspective market. Though it’s full of competitors, Bountie has decided to find its place there with their decentralized gaming platform where gamers could not only play games, but be paid for wins while playing with other gamers. This sounds good, but as other gaming platforms, Bountie has to attract gamers to the platform, otherwise they don’t have a chance to get success. Good news – the guys have several partnerships, including MSI and Twitch, a Streaming and Esports Arena partner with 15+ million users every day. Plus pay attention to growing hype and low hardcap.
Yet another project stepping into a huge gaming market with a simple but not new idea, a strong team and serious partners. What is left is to attract gamers.
